"I have a Wood Burning Stove and contacted Chimney Cricket to come out to the house and clean my chimney and make sure all was good with the safety of the stove and chimney. An appointment was made and Shawn was at my house early to do the work. The stove was cleaned the best that could be done. That evening I had an issue with the stove and contacted the owner of Chimney Cricket which lives in Arizona. Don the owner advised me he was coming to Las Vegas and would contact me to schedule a time to come by and fix the issue at no additional charge. The next morning Don contacted me by phone and advised he was heading to my house to resolve my Issue. Don arrived and took care of the issue in less than an hour. Don told me if I had any more issues or problems to call him and he would be sure and get them taken care of. Both Don and Shawn were very courteous professional and took care of my issues quickly and without any problems.
